Agile: A New Approach to the World | Training Session

If 2020 has taught the world something, it is that Agility is not only a crucial mindset, but also a new way of life. The Agile mindset is a set of attitudes and beliefs that support a high-performant and agile work environment. For a few years now, companies in Lebanon and internationally have started adopting this approach as a response to uncertainty and sudden changes. Synonym of improvement, focus, and ability to adapt to change, Agile has become a key to boost one’s performance at work and on a personal level.

To train UA students and alumni to understand the core values of an Agile mindset, the Center for Career Development (CCD) at Antonine University is introducing the concept of Agility, a mindset everyone needs to adopt before the end of 2020 to succeed despite shifting work environments.

This unique training will take place via Zoom on Saturday, December 5, 2020, between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM. Throughout the session, Ms. Joanna Khoury, a professional Agile transformation coach, will guide the participants towards learning how to differentiate between Agile and Waterfall approaches and help them understand the values that the Agile mindset promotes as well as their application in the workplace.
