The Center for Career Development (CCD) in collaboration with the Center of Continuing Education (CCE) organized its 4th training session “Creative Problem Solving” on the 1^st and 8^th of April 2017. The training was animated by Mrs. Roula Eid Sawan. The workshop covered conflict styles with tips and techniques from resolving the conflict in a positive way to recognizing and resolving conflict needs. The main goal of this session is to help the participants to understand how conflict can be positive and introduce them to tools and techniques that will assist them to effectively deal with conflict situations.
