The Center for Career Development organized on Saturdays,17 & 24 March, 2018 a training session entitled "Creative Problem Solving". 

The session was held at Father Abbot Rajeh Hall, Block A, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..

The purpose of this session was create a space for self-discovery and trust-building to better understand our own way and style of addressing conflict (Fear of others, assumption, labeling...)

Moreover, participants explored the concepts of "conflict" and "Conflict Transformation" through a socio-cultural approach and practical cases.
