The Center for Career development (CCD) in collaboration with the Center for Continuing Education (CCE) organized on January 20 & 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. a training session related to "Salary Negociation" that was animated by Mr. Anis Abou Jaoude.

The subject  discussed was under two main topics: recruitment process and performance review process. The first targets people applying to a new job and the second targets those who are already employed and looking to improve their salaries.

At the end of this workshop, the participants were able to differentiate between recruitment process and performance review process, as well as learn how to prepare, engage and conclude salary negociations and analyze the factors influencing outcomes of a negociation.
