The Center for Career development (CCD) in collaboration with the Center of Continuing Education (CCE) organized on the 11 and 18 of November 2017 a training session related to "Social Media Strategy". The session was animated by Mr. Ralph Aoun and took place at Father Louis Rohban Hall from 9:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.

After attending this training, the participants  learned how to integrate social media into their business, understood the role of social media in the marketing / communication/ Customer service mixed and learned how to measure their Social Media success: KPIs and ROI.
